We do laundry from customer either by “laundry (washing by water)” or dry-cleaning by a solvent, but it does not mean that further care is not necessary.

We do proper preprocessing and adjust solvent and washing time by considering material, design and degree of dirt for both “laundry (washing by water)” and dry-cleaning. Plenty of experience and knowledge is necessary to manage solvents to be used for dry-cleaning. Kikuya works with the notion that “Quality depends on man-power”, and we have an experienced team to do the job.

For common processes after washing such as drying and pressing, our technical staff is always trying hard to realize the best finishing for each individual item. This cannot be realized by uniform machinery washers.

Quilt/Bedding Cleaning
We wash (by water) quilts at the dedicated factory. It not only removes mites and bacteria, but also washes off skin oil and dirt in padding that can cause mites and bacteria. We promise safe and comfortable finishing for anyone from children to elderly individuals.

Shoes/Boots Cleaning
We do the washing (by water) for thin leather shoes that is popular in Europe and America, but not popular in Asia yet. Almost no expansion or contraction occurs after washing, and the bacterial elimination effect and deodorizing effect are very strong. The number of repeat customer for the service is very high.

Living Supplies Cleaning
Incl. Bed sheets / blankets / curtains / tablecloths
It is impossible to clean curtains, carpet and rugs with daily cleaning. We recommend washing them to keep the room clean. We support large items and items that take time to clean.

Premium and Super Premium are washed with a high-tech process that uses special cleaners to remove stains. There is a charge for stain removing.
